Adv. David Ben Ari has been a director of the Company since its inception. David has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of aviation and related regulation and has held a number of senior positions at an Israeli airline. David served in the Israeli Air Force and holds an LLB degree in Law as well as a license to practice law.
Amir has significant experience in leading and managing R & D teams, and in founding and managing start-up companies, including: ITS-Telecom, Cellnets, Medic4all and SilverHelm Inc
Amir has 15 Year of experience in project management and hardware manufacturing world wide.
Amir served in IDF Unit 8200, developing state of the art telecom solutions.
Amir holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from HIT – Holon Academic Institution.
Meir is an experienced strategic executive, with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of international and domestic sales and business development.
Meir is an experienced entrepreneur, an expert in security and telecom software products.
Meir has served as president and CEO in a number of companies, including Zorem Systems, CellNetS, Aliroo, Eldor Computers, Synel and others.
Meir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from the Open University.
B.A.- M.B.A., former Private Banker in five countries in high ranked positions with experience of 35 years, today financial advisor to companies, board member in two startups, and real estate broker.
Tzvika is a Kibbutz Hatzerim member since 1991, and serves as Hatzerim’s Finance & Businesses’ board member since 2015. In Jan 2017 Tzvika was nominated as the Chairman of the board .Recently led on behalf of Kibbutz Hatzerim, the structure of a 1.9B$ transaction in which Mexichem acquired 80% of the company’s shares and became Hatzerim’s strategic partner in Netafim.
Tzvika was working in Netafim during 1992 till 2009 in several Operational and R&D managerial positions including Injection plant manager, Engineering and Technological Development Director, R&D Director and Executive Vice President of Operations.
During his years in Netafim, Tzvika had great contribution for laying Netafim’s Global Operations’ & technological strategy including the manufacturing plants network establishment, as well as leading the company’s Central R&D consolidation.

During 2009 -2011 Tzvika was Managing Director in Extra-Plastic, an Israeli PE Packaging company with 150 employees and annual revenues of 120 M NIS.
2011-20118 Tzvika served as VP service SC & Logistics Orbotech Ltd. ORBK (NASDAQ) leading the company’s after sales service Supply Chain restructuring for increasing service levels and efficiencies for Orbotech’s customers, with high focus on Asia Pacific and particularly in China which both are accountable for more than 80% of the company’s revenues and growth.
Tzvika holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Honors Graduate) & MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and Corporate Directors graduate from IMC (Israeli Management Center).
